The room design was stylish. i liked the location near the supermarket and tram junction. It made getting around easy. staff provided free water bottles and coffee capsules for the nespresso machine, a nice touch.
my room lacked a mini fridge.

Really good Hotel Experience
professional staffroom request
The staff were professional and were great in any way they could. Bar staff were amazing to watch, restaurant workers were kind and the front desk were very helpful.

The hotel is easy to get around using public transport and offers two options right outside the doorstep. RAW area and Alex are both within walking distance from the hotel. A nearby hospital does result in occasional ambulance sirens.

The facilities were clean and very well maintained at all times. The sauna is a welcome addition after a long day. This hotel has interconnecting buildings with conference rooms and varying hotel rooms. All areas are well-marked.

Breakfast features a fabulous wide range of options and really kind staff. The greenhouse area adds to the relaxed atmosphere during dining. The bar offers fantastic cocktails with polite and accommodating staff.

the room was excellent. it was very clean. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom had excellent products (i liked the shampoo!).
i found some service quality inconsistent. some staff members were very professional. others showed a lack of understanding of hospitality standards. the cocktail menu was disappointing with over complicated versions of classic cocktails that didn't taste right.

non-functioning air conditioningextra day charge
The air conditioning did not function properly. I requested a repair at the reception, and staff said it would be fixed soon. they did not resolve the problem. Staff provided a small plug-in heater instead, even though the outside temperature was freezing. The staff charged an extra day on my credit card. I had to call to request a refund.

The breakfast was good.
There was no bedside table on my side of the bed. I had to crawl under a large desk to access a power outlet to charge my phone. The bedside lamp switch was also under the desk, so it was very inconvenient to turn it off. Complimentary bottled water was not replenished.
